As a service to its members, the State Bar of California has entered into an alliance agreement with West, a Thomson Reuters business, to provide award information on California civil jury trials, bench trials, settlements, and arbitrations. State Bar of California members can: Publish their verdicts, bench decisions, settlements & arbitrations in Trials Digest® and Westlaw® for free. Request a full case summmary for any case we highlight or feature. One free per month. It will contain the same content that a summary on Westlaw® and in Trials Digest® contains. Contact West (Trials Digest) editors at 415-344-6055 or trialsdigest@thomson.com. West will: Send, to any bar member who submits case information to West, a free copy of the Trials Digest® print newsletter in which his/her case summary is published. Consider highlighting and/or featuring the case in our "Trials Digest" article we author for California Bar Journal, print and digital versions.	"Trials Digest" article in California Bar Journal Highlights Our attorney editors select approximately 75 California cases to highlight in condensed one-line format from the approximately 150 California summarires we publish each month. Features Our attorney editors also select eight to ten cases to feature in concise one-paragraph format.
