Summary of Facts:
According to the plaintiff's lawyer, Robert DeTaege, an adult male, claimed he suffered a rotator cuff tear and post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of an automobile collision in which the parking meter Jeep he was operating was struck by a rental truck operated by defendant Christopher Ross, which caused extensive damage to the front end of his Jeep. The plaintiff contended the defendant operated the vehicle while intoxicated and traveled at approximately 90 m.p.h. at the time of the collision.
